Become an Official Location of The Community Meal
What is the Official Location Program?
This program establishes official locations of The Community Meal. These locations have committed to serving 1 meal each month for a total of 12 meals each year.
What are The Community Meal’s Goals for this Program?
These churches will become a home base for our participants. The Community Meal believes the church will return to the forefront of caring and serving meals to their neighbors. We hope to increase participation based on location, volunteer involvement, excellent kitchen facilities, a welcoming culture and their love and commitment over the years to The Community Meal.
What are the Benefits of Participating?
The Community Meal will supply (free of charge) commercial grade kitchen equipment to partners for The Community Meal events and other community events. Needed food and supplies will be stored on the church premises to improve logistics and coordination of the meal to better serve our participants
